Guice Offshore Sales and Marketing Vice President David Scheyd will be in attendance at the sold-out 2026 SOF Week (Special Operations Forces) from Monday, May 18 to Wednesday, May 20. The event is the premier annual gathering and conference for the international special operations community, bringing together military operators, government leaders, and industry partners to collaborate and advance defense capabilities.
Guice Offshore vessels are regularly employed in a variety of military support roles including R&D, offshore training and drills, logistics and special projects. Our Multi-Purpose Vessel GO America, based in Port Everglades, Florida, for example, operates in conjunction with our partner, Global SubDive, to support a large array of government projects, often utilizing GSD submarines and ROVs. Similarly, our partner Ryan Marine is an expert in the field of unmanned vehicle operation which allows us to provide turnkey AUV and UUV services to government agencies anywhere in the U.S. and Caribbean.
SOF Week brings the international Special Operations community together for one focused week of collaboration, learning, and capability development. Jointly supported by U.S. Special Operations Command and the Global SOF Foundation, the event serves as the central gathering point for SOF Operators, government leaders, and industry partners working to advance the mission. USSOCOM is headquartered in Tampa, where the event takes place.
